I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, group psychotherapy, and time-limited classes in mindfulness and meditation. As a certified teacher in both Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Depression, I generally offer classes 3 sessions a year.
*** Please note that I am not accepting new patients for individual work at this time, or offering the 8-week classes this Summer or Fall, 2019 (check back for Winter 2020 in January). I will be offering a five-week graduate class in late October for anyone who has graduated from an eight-week class with an interest in deepening your practice. Check back for more information in June.
