A practice-based six-week course for established meditation practitioners, drawing on Buddhist psychology and the beloved heart-mind opening qualities of the Brahma Viharas (lovingkindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity) and the form and structure of Insight Dialogue, an interpersonal mindfulness framework. Insight Dialogue is a practice of mutuality that develops the capacity for mindful speech and mindful listening, as we practice with another.
Offered with Melissa Tefft, also a certified mindfulness teacher, dedicated meditation practitioner, and clinician. Tuesday evenings, 6-8:30, January 16-February 20th. In person, Northampton.
